Lib\u00e9rer les tensions du dos<\/b><\/h5>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Le mal de dos est devenu une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne pour beaucoup d\u2019entre nous.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div>Stress, posture assise prolong\u00e9e, manque de mouvement\u2026 le corps s\u2019adapte, compense, puis finit par se tendre.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Et si votre dos n\u2019\u00e9tait pas fragile, mais simplement en manque de mouvement, de respiration\u2026 et d\u2019attention ?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Je vous propose un atelier de yoga de 2 heures d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration des tensions du dos, accessible \u00e0 toutes et tous, m\u00eame sans exp\u00e9rience.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Au cours de cet atelier, nous explorerons une approche progressive et respectueuse du corps, autour de trois axes essentiels :<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Remobiliser en douceur les zones fig\u00e9es<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; Renforcer pour retrouver du soutien et de la stabilit\u00e9<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; \u00c9tirer pour rel\u00e2cher les tensions et apaiser le syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de \u201cforcer\u201d ou de chercher la performance, mais de redonner au corps sa capacit\u00e9 naturelle \u00e0 bouger avec fluidit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Au fil de la s\u00e9ance, vous serez guid\u00e9(e) \u00e0 travers :<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; des mouvements accessibles<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; un travail de respiration<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; des exercices de renforcement doux<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; des \u00e9tirements profonds<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;
