Les organes vitaux sont stimul\u00e9s, les tensions se l\u00e8vent peu \u00e0 peu, les mouvements \u00e9motionnels s&rsquo;apaisent et l&rsquo;esprit apprend \u00e0 s&rsquo;ancrer dans le corps.
