Il est maintenant prouv\u00e9 que quelques minutes de m\u00e9ditation chaque jour permettent d&rsquo;augmenter la concentration, la joie de vivre, et m\u00eame la sant\u00e9 physique<\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"contenant\">\n<p>Cette\u00a0m\u00e9ditation est\u00a0issue des techniques de Yoga.\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce aux exercices de respiration, ou Pranayama, vous vous entrainerez \u00e0 la gestion du souffle qui engendre la gestion du mental (calme, puissance, \u00e9quilibre).\u00a0La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition ou l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de mantras sera \u00e9galement propos\u00e9e avant de porter toute notre attention vers \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur\u00a0\u00bb, dans le silence et l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une m\u00e9ditation guid\u00e9e.\u00a0Pour trouver le confort dans une posture assise statique et silencieuse, peu habituelle dans nos modes de vie moderne, vous d\u00e9buterez les s\u00e9ances avec plusieurs exercices corporels pr\u00e9paratoires: relaxation, auto-massages, conscience dans le mouvement et \u00e9tirements qui vous am\u00e8neront peu \u00e0 peu vers la d\u00e9tente.
