Loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre simplement une relaxation tr\u00e8s profonde, le yoga nidra est \u00e9galement une forme de m\u00e9ditation bas\u00e9e sur des visualisations.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode est tr\u00e8s simple : apr\u00e8s quelques exercices de yoga doux, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves s&rsquo;allongent et suivent la voix du professeur qui les guide pendant environ 30\/40 minutes vers la fronti\u00e8re t\u00e9nue entre sommeil et veille. L\u00e0, l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve peut visualiser des images, \u00e9prouver des sensations et amener la positivit\u00e9 en lui.<\/p>\n<p>30 minutes de yoga nidra valent 2 \u00e0 3 heures de sommeil profond.
