Cours particuliers sur demande.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p class=\"lead\">Il\u00a0s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un encha\u00eenement\u00a0particulier\u00a0de postures de yoga accompagn\u00e9\u00a0de techniques de respiration et\u00a0de circulation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et dont le but est d&rsquo;augmenter les taux hormonaux de la femme et de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer tout le syst\u00e8me endocrinien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">Pratiqu\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, le yoga de la femme remplace efficacement les traitements hormonaux de substitution, et soulage, voire \u00e9limine, les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause (bouff\u00e9es de chaleur, s\u00e9cheresse vaginale, insomnie, migraine, perte d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, tendance d\u00e9pressive).
