musculaire dans un ordre pr\u00e9cis et de mettre en action, en alternance, tous les groupes musculaires, parfois dans des combinaisons inhabituelles, en insistant particuli\u00e8rement sur le bas du tronc (abdominaux et fessiers).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de cette m\u00e9thode est de renforcer les muscles profonds dans un travail de renforcement et de mobilit\u00e9 articulaire.<\/p>\n<h6>BIENFAITS<\/h6>\n<p>\u2022 Att\u00e9nuation des douleurs de dos gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un renforcement des muscles profonds, en repla\u00e7ant correctement le bassin et le dos et en am\u00e9liorant la posture,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Affinement de la silhouette en raffermissant les muscles faibles et en d\u00e9tendant ceux qui sont faibles,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assouplissement en allongeant les muscles et en augmentant l&rsquo;amplitude des articulations,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Am\u00e9lioration du souffle en permettant une respiration plus lente et plus profonde,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Correction de
